Along the road to becoming fit, Michele discovered unique

lifestyle makeover in her debut book, “Taming the Pig
Within: A resource for those of us with 10-acre appetites.”
With Michele's vast fitness background, one would wonder
why not just train instead of writing a book. Michele explains:

and exercise...and I love helping them. So I knew that
I could have a greater influence on people through the
pages of a book instead of simple one-on-one training."
